Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom's Nizam of Hyderabad Tiara

Creation: This tiara was created in 1939 by Cartier and the three roses were detachable to be used as brooches. In 1973, it was dismantled and the diamonds were used to created the Burmese Ruby Tiara with only the brooches being left intact.
