Countess of Paris's Diamond Bandeau Tiara

Creation:  This tiara was made by Fillon using the diamonds from a fleur-de-lys tiara that belonged to Princess Francoise of Orléans, Duchess of Chartres.  It can be worn as a bracelet and two brooches.
