- Queen Adelaide of Sardinia née Archduchess of Austria; from her father-in-law, King Charles Albert, on the occasion of her 1842 marriage to King Victor Emmanuel II
- King Umberto I of Italy; inherited from his mother in 1955
- Queen Margherita of Italy née Princess of Savoy-Genoa; from her husband, King Umberto I, on occasion of their 1868 marriage
