Queen Adelaide of the United Kingdom's Hanover Fringe Tiara

Creation:  This tiara was made in 1831 by Rundell, Bridge, & Co. using diamonds removed from jewellery previously belonging to King George III and Queen Charlotte.  It was originally created as a necklace and was converted into a tiara for Queen Victoria.  The following queens have changed it back and forth with it most recently being used as a necklace.

 Materials:  diamonds set in silver and gold

  5. Queen Elizabeth of the United Kingdom; from her mother-in-law in 1936
  6. Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom; from her mother in 2002

    Was this the tiara that both the Queen and Princess Anne wore on their wedding days? Has the present queen ever worn it as a necklace?
