Creation: This tiara was made by Steltmann circa 2009 using a necklace from
Queen Emma's Sapphire Parure made in 1879 and topped with five lozenge shaped ornaments taken from Queen Wilhelmina's Wedding Gift Parure Necklace made by Israel and Hoetig in 1901.
